Description

A hydroquinone-free lightening formula that contains multiple ingredients that work synergistically to block melanin formation and lighten pigmentation, age spots and melasma.

Active Ingredients

• Alpha Arbutin
• N-acetyl glucosamine
• Niacinamide (Vitamin B3)

Arbutin works by inhibiting the body’s production of tyrosinase, an enzyme that produces the melanin that causes suntan, darkness of the skin and other pigmentation disorders. N-acetyl glucosamine inhibits tyrosinase glycosylation, a step necessary in the production of melanin. Niacinamide inhibits melanosome transfer from melanocytes while at the same time, increasing ceramide and fatty acid levels in the skin to counteract the drying effects of the other skin lightening chemicals.

Uses

Lighten pigmentation, age spots and melasma and reduce uneven skin tone.

Directions

• Wash and pat skin dry as usual.
• If you are using a toner, apply before the serum.
• Apply a small amount to entire face and allow to dry for 1 – 2 minutes. Whitening agents dry up the skin, so follow with a good moisturizer and use a sunscreen SPF15 or above daily to maintain lightening
• Can be used daily under make up

• For external use only
• Avoid contact with eyes. If product gets into the eyes, rinse thoroughly with water.
• Do not use on broken skin.
• Stop use and consult a doctor if redness, dryness or irritation occurs.
• Keep out of reach of children.
